W. and I met a her friend’s home for a session for a wedding gift to her husband. I think she has the most stunning and expressive eyes. I have known her for years. We used to ride the school bus together. It is so neat to see her all grown up. And now she is getting married. It is in these intimate moments, you see the most vulnerable side to people. W. has a great heart and is so sexy!
Please enjoy the gallery sneak peek.

A and I have known each other for years… LOL! And still she was nervous about the session!
(A little whiskey calms the jitters…)
We continued at W&R … We laughed about the frogs! We remembered old times. Talked about new ones.
Please enjoy some other shots of her session..

E. met me at W&R. It was awesome. She is so cute.
As I walked into the room to check it out for a second and was in awe. It was nice… Then I looked closer at the headboard. I started to chuckle as I saw hundreds of little frogs in the pattern! Frogs… really! So we covered it with the bedspread… frogs…
This spunky woman made my job too easy…
Please enjoy the rest…

K. is so much fun and a big John Mayer fan! We caught up on life and listened to the man live in concert…
I love the shot above… It reminds me of a vintage starlet. K. had a coat found at an antique shop. Gotta love props!
The inspiration of the shoot came from a Giselle cover, K. had seen and kept.
So sultry….
Please enjoy the rest….

When I was approached by C. about doing a boudoir session as a gift to her soon-to-be husband, I was ecstatic. I had been wanting to do a boudoir session for a while. Being the research proficient gal she is, she found The Citizen Hotel in Sacramento. I was game.
It was amazing. The light filtering through the window. We had the jams flowing on the radio. And lots of giggles in between.
Here are a couple of our favorite images from our session.

Thank you for stopping by newVintage photography’s Be-u-tiful sessions.
Boudoir photography has gained much popularity in past months. After a bride and friend asked me if I’d do a boudoir session for her, I did. It was so much fun and we got some amazing images. Since then I have had other ladies ask me about these types of sessions.
We shoot at a location of your choosing, i.e. your home, a boutique hotel, etc.
There are up to three “costume” changes and can last up to two hours.
Being a woman, clients feel safe, and we can relate to one and other.
Again thanks for stopping by. I look forward to meeting you and being your photographer…
Much love,
Jen Howell
